Place Services' unique heritage grazing service will be featured in a new cookbook entitled Essex Feast: One County, Twenty Chefs. This beautiful, original book is packed with irresistible recipes, gorgeous photography and insightful chef interviews. Each chapter showcases a local chef and their restaurant and champions a local supplier of one of their favourite ingredients.
Top Essex chef Patrick Livic from the The Cricketers Arms in Rickling Green spent the day with us at Thorndon Country Park, learning about our unique conservation project before preparing an original recipe using our goat meat which is featured in the book.
