Today, Place Services launched its new website. The website presents our outstanding work in environmental assessment, planning, design and management, through a new online platform that will make our services easier to locate, access and acquire.
We commissioned creative agency, FRONT MEDIA to design and develop a website that captures and displays our comprehensive range of services; from Urban Design and Ecology to Conservation and Planning. The new site gives visitors the opportunity to explore some of the high profile projects that we have delivered in the past, like the London 2012 Olympic Mountain Bike Venue at Hadleigh, South Essex, and those we are currently inolved in. A resource section provides visitors with access to a library of planning and guidance documents, as well as other key publications such as ‘The Essex Design Guide’.
"I love it, I think its Clean, Bold and Fresh." Matt Searle - Head of Place Services
The six month project came to fruition early in 2014, a year that will be another important step in our transformation from a group of Essex County Council's specialist services, into a multidisciplinary practice. Matt Searle, Head of Place Services, believes that: 'the website is a showcase for all the amazing work that Place Services has been involved in, and will allow organisations and individuals easier access to the unique combination of skills and long-held expertise that we offer'.
