Teresa has over 10 years’ professional experience working on the Historic Environment Record and providing historic environment planning advice to local authorities for development proposals and strategic plan making. She has a strong background in archaeological and geoarchaeological fieldwork.
Teresa also has experience of developing and delivering a wide range of projects for Place Services' clients, primarily relating to prehistoric archaeology, which she has a particular interest in. These have included Aggregate Levy Sustainability Fund projects, Historic Environment Characterisation, and Geoarchaeological Characterisation.
Teresa’s skills include the provision of specialist geoarchaeological advice, especially with regard to potential Palaeolithic sites, the writing of specialist briefs, and the interpretation of results and site visits. In addition, she has built up considerable technical skills in GIS, as well as planning advice, documentary and cartographic research, and characterisation.
