Welwyn Garden City Estate Management Scheme

Place Services is delighted to be working with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council on the refreshed Welwyn Garden City Estate Management Scheme. The project has run over the past 12 months.

Elements have included:

• Writing Design Guidance tailored to Welwyn Garden City's Estate Management Scheme. Apply core principles of design to aid in retaining and enhancing the built environment.
• Consultation events
• Creation of an online resource
• Creating an interactive mapping tool

The consultation website is now live for residents of Welwyn Garden City to review and comment on the draft Design Guidance. Interested parties have until September to submit their views.
