Development management
Our core offer includes the provision of specialist environmental advice for all aspects of development management, from pre-application to public inquiry, helping to ensure local planning authorities meet their legal obligations and comply with national and local planning policy. Our flexible, on-demand support can be increased or reduced to meet your needs. 
Strategic planning and assessment

We specialise in supporting local planning authorities with the preparation of their Local Plans. From evidence gathering to policy writing and public examination, we can deliver a range of strategic and bespoke projects, providing extra capacity and capability for your service.

Survey
Our teams undertake specialist surveys to develop insight and understanding. From one-off constraints checks to complete inventories of assets, we help to inform our clients' decision-making and reduce risks, ensuring compliance with legislation.  
Asset management
We advise and support our clients on the management and enhancement of their environmental assets, including historic buildings and monuments, urban and rural spaces, trees and other habitats.
Design
Our capabilities range from conceptual design and sketch proposals through to detailed design, Masterplans, design codes and frameworks.  Our specialists are equipped with the latest commercial software for 2D and 3D designs, including 2D CAD drawings, 3D modelling, visualisations, montages, 3D mapping, and GIS. 
Training and guidance
We believe in sharing our knowledge with our client teams, councillors, and their communities through guidance and training that is tailored to existing understanding and need.  We also deliver programmes of training for fellow practitioners, helping to build knowledge and learning across our sector.
