Lois Crisp

Lois qualified from the University of Hull in 1998 with a degree in Physical Geography. Since graduating Lois has completed a post graduate Certificate in Biological Recording. 

Lois has a background in teaching, having spent 17 years delivering countryside management courses at a land-based college. She has developed an understanding of topics such as heathland and farm habitat management, land use, environmental interpretation and identification of organisms.  She has developed a broad knowledge of British flora and fauna via her personal interest and teaching.

Lois joined Place services as a Junior Ecology Consultant in September 2017. Her role involves providing both ecological advice to the private and public sectors in relation to planning applications, highways schemes, watercourses, country parks, woodland management and public rights of way.
