Our multidisciplinary team of experts provide advice on pre-application proposals and planning applications throughout Essex, East Anglia and the South-East. This service satisfies the NPPF call for Local Planning Authorities to 'have local design review arrangements'.
Our approach is flexible, tailored to meet local need and complement in-house client resources. We can be commissioned on a fixed-contract or pay-as-you-go basis, working from our base in Chelmsford or from the local authority office. Our service covers meetings, dialogue with developers, written comments, Building for Life assessments, briefing material, liaison with specialists and representation at inquiries.
We can also help identify, signpost and support schemes for design review by national, regional and local panels.
