With a background of undertaking work in both the private and public sectors, Tim has over ten years’ experience working as an archaeologist and historic building consultant throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. Projects Tim has been involved have been diverse and often involve informing the management of change to the historic environment or creating a sustainable and viable reuses of a heritage assets.
Tim has extensive experience inputting to design and forming mitigation strategies regarding the historic environment. Tim is a panel member of the Croydon Place Review Panel and committee Chair of CIfA’s Buildings Archaeology Group.
Tim manages the Historic Environment Team at Place Services and also co-ordinates the syllabus of our Traditional Buildings Skills, Conservation Courses and Lectures.
